Dear all,

My Windows XP machine at home has decided to nuke itself.

Bugger ....

Got to buy a new HD, then going to reinstall Win XP.

I use Mcafee for virus protection.

Can someone suggest what spyware watchers or other software I should
install right from the beginning to keep my PC secure?

I am sure I asked this question before. I stored all the info ..
unfortunately it is all on my PC, which is not a fat lot of use really.
