The main issue that sticks out is that with a momentary light switch, if
you want the lights on, you'll have to stand there holding the light
switch. These are generally used in conjunction with a dimmer box, such
as an LD11 or equivalent. It's possible to retrofit LD11 usits behind
the ceiling rose, I believe. It saves rewiring.
