Sounds like it may just have frozen.

Turn the mains power off for a short while and then try again.

the live indication may just be leakage current through the LD11 although
normally the load would drag that down to almost zero.

Are you sure you havent broken a neutral somewhere.

what happens if you remove the live input and the output to the lamp and
connect them together, does the lamp light ?

If not then its not the LD11's at fault!
