I assume the Mid unit has twin voice coils, one for left and one for right.

The -ve terminal for all the drivers should be connected together.
Then wire the right tweeter to one of the Mid +ve terminals, left tweeter
to
the other Mid +ve terminal and run the three connections back.

YOU NEED TO CHECK THAT YOUR AMP HAS A COMMON GROUND

Most decent amps will use a true 0V rail as the ground for speakers with
the
"live" speaker termianl swinging about wildly between the
positive and
negative supply rails.

If the amp used two amplifiers per channel running in bridge mode then you
cant use a common -ve wire for the speakers. (Car amps are like this)

With the amp turned off, use a multimeter and measure the resistance
between
the ground terminals of the speaker connections. It should be Zero ohms. 
If
it is then you can wire everything up. Just use one of the ground
terminals.

I tend to use

b"R"own = Right to Red terminal RIGHT
b"L"ue = Left to Red terminal LEFT
Green/Yellow = Ground to either Black terminal
