Ick, banana plugs are so ghetto for in wall use. I would replace them with
some
nice speakon plugs, which I believe also meet the loonie low voltage
requrements
which you have to have the crappy plastic binding posts to do otherwise.

I would put a plug on a cable coming out of the wall. You run the risk of
someone hooking the other end up and having 2 amps hooked to 1 speaker and
toasting the both of them, or of the unterminated cable ending up shorting,
making your amp die too..
