There;s not a lot else you need to be honest.
The only extras I bought were extra memory, a mac keyboard and an iMic
to add a microphone input to the mac mini. Oh, and I also bought a
really cheap USB hub.
If you're looking to share the mini with a PC you might want a USB
based KVM but really I don't use mine very much. Most of my access is
via the mac using MS Remote Desktop.
