There are loads of TV remote emulators for the palm. I believe some of
them even learn from an existing remote. One of those might be a good
place to start.
If all else fails, it's not actually that hard to write your own
software. (At least, it wasn't. Lack of unix-based tools has meant
I've not tried with my T3 yet.)
