Yes.

That is about it. We haven't tried the Toolkit with the MSS100 for a while
because we have E5500CN Network Interface to play with but it should work
fine. If you do get any problems, we can set one up and talk you through
how to configure and access it using the C-Bus Toolkit.

No, you are not. The E5500CN does contain a Lantronix serial to Ethernet
device not too dissimilar to the MSS100.

Once you have the MSS100, things should become a lot clearer. There are
lots of information about the unit (all provided on the CD) so plenty to
read and try.
