If the house is brand new - get the electrician to replace rcd if not, get
a couple if 16a RCBO's split ring, put each half of ring on rcbo and see
what happens. You can then move the split around till you find the fault.

not sure about that, first time it happened, iron was not in use
(has happened twice now in 3 weeks)
