Yes, they are definitely off when they buzz - the Central Heating
switches off...

No, it all works as planned. Relay on - Central heating on...

No, when then heating comes on the buzzing stops. I'm guessing there's a
bit of AC voltage from the appliance modules, which is enough to buzz
the contacts, but not enough to actually close them....
