Peter,
It just arrived...bought from automatedhomeusa

It comes without PSU but with housing. It requires around 16V AC at
either 50Hz or 60Hz - plenty of transformers around to do that - and
a standard back up lead acid battery. I also ordered a zone expansion
card and the LCD panel.

They don't seem to be in the UK, unless I've missed them being sold
under another name. The approvals page does list the UK though.

I'll let you know how I get on.
