We use Duality (enterprise version) with push email & calender which
runs off the exchange server - it works very well indeed - way better
than the Blackberry product.
I think they are called SEVEN now but they do a pop3 / smtp product too
which uses the same push technology.

This will give you full push email like a blackberry.
