Whilst BT still (mostly, I know it's not true everywhere) control the
local-loop, and ADSL requires a BT POTS line, then I don't see VoIP
replacing POTS.
Now, if Ofcom were to get on and properly unbundle the local-loop,
then we could ditch BT landlines, and just go ADSL/VoIP.
