DNS entry to different port

I have a web server for an app running on my HA server (W2K3 server).
It=92=
s a web server but it doesn=92t run on port 80. I want to simply type in =
=91telephone=92 as the address in IE and it automatically loads the right
p=
age i.e. http://192.168.0.2:12345
for example. I don=92t think DNS record c=
an do this? Any ideas?
