On a slightly different but related topic - has anyone got any info on
whether contention ratios actually do make a difference?
I'm thinking of moving ISP and currently have an expensive service with
Eclipse - 2Mbps, 20:1. Will I notice a difference with a 50:1 living in a
very small town (more like village).
