Phil et al,

Thanks for the feedback.

I'll take a look at both, I will be using it both for incar navigation and
print outs.

Any further recommendations on PCMICA GPS cards?

Thanks,

Ho yin

Autoroute produces the best looking printouts by far and looks pretty on
screen when you're using it with a GPS receiver however InfoMap
Navigator is much better when you're actually trying to use it as a
navigational tool when driving ... I have bought and used both (can't
remember who the hell I loaned my GPS receiver and software to though )
and my *OLD* version of infomap navigator was a tad flakey but the later
versions were much better. Has useful stuff like selectable "North is
up
/ direction of travel is up" etc.

It's amusing noting the differences between the various bits of software
- Autoroute (and my Alpine Sat Nav) try to route me through a wall in a
pub car park (which has entrances/exits on two different roads) to get
me home whereas Infomap Navigator tries to take me down a farm lane and
through someones front yard (again, joining two different roads) to get
me home! :-D

Phil
