Dear[est] Group

It was great to meet some of you guys at the SmartHome show. Since
then we've been beavering away like, well, beavers actually.

Of note is the Laszlo stuff we've managed to get our heads around.
This is basically an XML langauage that renders ShockWave through its
presentation server. In simple terms, the discipline of XML combined
with the eye-candy of flash.

You can see a short term live demo and get source at:

The other matter that came up several times is that installers don't
particularly care for the Molex KK series of connectors. This is
because mostly you need a special tool to make up the connections.
Since we use these extensively on the WebBrick we needed to find an
easier way of making the IO connections, we found a simple IDC tool
and matching cable. Part numbers and photos at:

We're pleased to report that we've invested all the money from the
initial sales of WebBrick back into the business. We're rather
pleased with our new 3D milling machine that's helped us build some
prototypes and will be used for the new WebBrick Development Kit. You
can see our purchase at:

Finally, in June our major liveware investment comes on line in the
shape of our new software engineer who is so good he'll be engineering
manager in no time.

Regards

Andy & John + crew @ o2m8
