First you need to establish what current connections you have on the old
mechanical thermostat.  Then have a good read of the documents on the
Heatmiser website explaining which ones are suitable to replace it.  I had
no idea which one to use either, but with a bit of help from the guys in
#ukha on irc I ended up with the right model.
