Depends on what they mean by 'wireless. At that price I suspect its
some sort of line of sight Infra Red with box that attached to the PC
USB port that hosts the ir receiver. You get what you pay for in this
case I suspect.
The accepted standard for 'wireless'  keyboards is bluetooth. At least
that will work on your lap while your looking at your fancy plasma
from the sofa
