The ATI All-in-Wonder cards now support SCART via a special socket and
external adapter. Not sure which version of the card does, but it's
worth checking out.
I've been moaning about this for ages; with the huge push by
manufacturers on the MCE front, the graphics card companies are way
behind on supporting existing devices. Not everyone who wants an MCE box
is going to buy a plasma/LCD TV with DVI input. Some (many?) of us have
decent TVs that we're happy to keep.
