Running 2 IP's through ADSL

Ok vague subject. Let me explain.

Im using Eclipse Internet as my ISP, and am provided with two static
IP's. My setup consists of an Actiontec Wireless router/ADSL Modem
which is given the first IP. This then connects into a switch which
my PC's hang from.

How do I confgure the second public IP?? Im guessing I probably need
an ADSL modem only (with no router), plug this into a hum, then put a
router on configured with one ip and my other device configured witht
he 2nd.

Any help appreciated...

Stuart
