Sorry for the OT post but I am getting mad...

If I benchmark my 1Mb F2S connection all is usually fine - as soon as I
sta=
rt a BitTorrent Client it drops through the floor - not just for the
bittor=
rent application but for everything. Is this normal.

What is the point of paying =A325/month for an uncapped service if it
isn't=
possible to reach anything close to the cap because of the speeds allowed =
by the ISP - Granted, they do release them between 1 and 5AM, or so they
sa=
y....
Any recommendations for an ISP with a more sensible approach? I've had
eno=
ugh.

/rant over

BTW, I kind of like my IP Address (Ultra-sad I know) - would I be able to
t=
ake it with me?
