Mal,

You need a combiner...

Basically a high and low pass filter...

Such as

The problem is getting all the channel levels the same so that one doesn't
bleed over the other... RF is great as a cheap solution but your results
may vary...

My cable box has an RF output, but no RF in, so when it comes to
distributing my TV signal around the house, I need a way to combine the
aerial signal with the output from the cable box. Does anyone know of a
device to do this?

My cable box output is on channel 65, and all my terrestrial signals are
below channel 40, so presumably they could be filtered and mixed somehow
- I just haven't been able to find any off-the-shelf device to do it...
