In that case the only real option you have is to use an external modulator
fed from the AV output of the cable box. Filtering with simple passive
filters will not attenuate the signals enough to prevent interference and
active filters will get very expensive very quickly.

Using an external modulator you have two options for connecting it up....

1. feed your TV aerial into the modulator and then distribute the output

2. if it is more convienient, use a passive splitter as a combiner for
terrestrial and modulator and then distribute that.
