Firewire Cable

I am trying to use the built-in front chassis firewire port on a
machine for some DVI monitoring, but the Mobo doesn't have firewire.  I
have a few PCI cards with firewire ports (Ebay special 3 external, one
internal) but the internal port they have is a standard firewire 6 pin
socket, not the Mobo IDC type - Does anyone know where I could get a patch
cable?  I could use the ports on the back of the machine but access is
difficult.
