PABX exchange and ADSL

If I decided to fit say a BT Inspiration or similar telephone
exchange in my house, would the ADSL filtering be the same as that
for a standard domestic phone line, filtering at the input before the
line goes into the control box or are there some special arrangements
when using this type of equipment.
