CT100 is definitely the right stuff.
Could your signal be too strong? Try an attenuator, passive splitter,
or temporarily moving the aerial slightly off-beam...
I assume your aerial's the correct group and polarisation?
Double-checked all the connections?
Might be worth asking on uk.tech.digital-tv, see if they have any better
ideas.
