I found the x10 filters made things worse with a dodgy Shuttle PSU

But a =A325 UPS from eBuyer sorted it :-) And it was a UPS as a
bonus.Was=20
heaper than the filter too

Plug the TV into a FM10 plug-in filter module. I had the same problem.
