I was checking the same thing the other day -
* Standard MR16 50W low voltage lamp - 1010 lux at 1m (according to Aurora)
* Power LED Floodlight (40-45 deg beam) - 710 lux at 1m (for Collingwood
fitting (http://tinyurl.com/72p9o)
Ok, so their Power LED Spotlight fitting gives 3900 lux at 1m but gives a
narrow 10-12 deg beam.
And that's their lamps with 7 x 3w LED's, whereas their std LED lamps have
3
x 1w LED's, so they must have considerably less light output, but no lux
figure stated that I see atm.
