I'm using a couple of the MR16 hearts described here:

They fit in a standard mr16 holder.  I got a good price for them from
http://www.aclighting.com/ (phone
& fax ordering though).

The controllers are the expensive part but they take a fair number of
lamps.  (I got two controllers from ebay - a lucky bargain.)  I use
my controllers with a Milford serial dmx transmitter.

I have two above the en-suite shower, a bigger chromadome lighting up
the hall/stairs and I've been playing a little too...
