We're in the process of getting a 3.5 x 3m non-K glass, polycarbonate
roof conservatory.  About 3.5K for the conservatory (supply only) and
just under 3K for the groundwork, base and walls.

I'd add 50% more for a glass roof at least, and then there's the K glass
premium...  and yours is nearly twice the size... I would imagine 10-12K
ballpark.

Beware if you have a footpath and/or road within 20m of your house - you
may well need planning permission (we did).
