Possibly not the answer you wanted but I tried several bittorrent clients
(inc ABC) before settling on Azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
). In
particular their wiki (http://azureus.aelitis.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
)
was very helpful in setting up my router.
