Hiya,
If you don't mind Microsoft software - you can always have a look at
Sharepoint

Comes as part of the Small Business Suit 2003  if you have that already.

Must admit - I've not realy used it as such but I know end users that
have little knowledge that use it as a company 'bulletin board' so it
must be simple to use :)
