Hi Martin
If worried about the cbus network going down ...there are
manual override swiches on the dimmer modules....If  some lighting required
if the dimmer modules go down then wire the light to the common terminal of
a normal lighting switch with the cbus dimmer output to the normally closed
contact and a  straight 240v on the normally open contact....The switch
would normally be left off thus allowing the cbus dimmer output to be
connected to the light and when switched on it disconnects the dimmer
output
and puts 240v to the light....
