Thanks Steve,
i will look into the bios settings.. but i'm sure you can run from
standby?
As i have found a few alarm clock software that claim to awaken the PC
from sleep mode?
Also at least on mine, standby seems to only switch off hard disks
eveything else ... cpu ..etc is still operating?
