Mine does, but that may be purely coincidence...
It's on the hot feed to the DHW cylinder and physically located at the
cylinder (i.e. in the airing cupboard, rather than at the boiler).

As such it is higher than all of the radiators, but as the plumbing does
not "flow" upwards to the vent I don't know how effective it
really is.
I used to give it a twist (it's screwed to the pipe) every other week
and a small amount of air would come out, but then the leather washer
underneath it started to leak so I've just let it be until I can be
bothered to drain the system & replace the washer (it's not high up the
to-do list ;-)  ).

I shall start periodically bleeding the radiators again for now, but the
original poster's question does sound like a "real" problem, not
just a
bit of unwanted air :-/
