They are playing from the Menu. This works OK, but they just see a preview.
But they can simply hit "Exit" and get full screen.

But you're better to play using the Playlist, which is accessed from a
button
under the slider. This button brings up a list of programmes and then just
scroll to the one they want and hit Enter. It then plays full screen.
