Thanks for all the responses - looks like I'll be heading back into
the loft. I'm hoping that it's not a problem with the header tank or
the f + e pipework, the header tank is in the very top of a gable
and the pipework runs behind it, almost impossible to access :0

Craig - you don't live next door to me do you ?- the neighbours have
called me Keith ever since we moved in, despite being corrected
every time we meet :)
