Many cheap mp3 players have line in sockets and can record to mp3, i
think even cheap ebay style ones can, worth a look, then u can just
plug in a mini jack and away you go.

I know most radio stations (even small ones) now use mp3 recorders and
the last one I saw wasnt anything special so thats prob your best bet.

Sure someone on here will know something a bit more specific!!
