You can get a 250mW mono FM transmitter in kit form for =A315 from

unfortunately their stereo encoder is both
expensive and discontinued. This can however be done in software -

I saw the PCIMAX is lot cheaper at http://tinyurl.com/2rs97 (=A399) but
they can't supply the UK. They also have a =A330 stereo encoder.
