Hi Tim,
I do want a CCTV setup so using GEOVision is viable. But how will the
GEOVision dialup my mobile when someone presses the door intercom to allow
me to talk to them from my mobile?
I am not that interested in opening the door but want to answer an intercom
outside the door from my mobile when I am out and from any phone in the
house when I am in doors.
Paurush

Can't you do this with Geovision? You can view cameras over the web, and
I assume you can listen to audio too, and I'm pretty sure there was a
Geovision product with digital outputs on it to energise/de-energise
door relays etc.
Price-wise though, you might still be better off with Comfort once
you've bought/built the PC, Geovision cards, cameras etc. As an
additional benefit you would have a full CCTV system though...
HTH,
Tim.
