Not really looked into any others...
I like the look of the touch screen over the hard buttons but am willing to
look at others that are recommended...
Do you have a website for the harmony remotes and how do they compare in
usability to the prontos?

Have you looked at the harmony range? Personally I can't stand touch
screen
remotes, prefer hard buttons but each to their own!
Harmonies are fantastic, not quite so configurable in terms of macros and
things and the web software can be a little annoying but all in all they
are
fantastic, great value for money and support is second to none. I think a
fair few on here are using them so sure others can advise if you'd like!
