Although I have never needed it apparently the technical supposrt is also
excellent. You actually go in and adjust your remote programming for you
when you can't get stuff to behave !

Lets face it, controlling anything via IR can be flakey (via
harmony/logitech/comfort/whatever) so sometimes things need to be teaked
(like delays).

Crestron/AMX via serial with power on/off feedback etc is the best solution
IMHO if you have $$$$$$$$$ to spend that is which I don't.
