I've used xiddi.com to exchange dvds in the past with variable success
(there are some dvds it seems no-one wants!)

Given swapmydiscs are offering free membership to the first 250 users
what's
there to lose? (apart from the time taken to fill in the form). The fact
that they haven't got 250 members yet suggests they're not that popular
though.
