I had some seriously bright individual colour LED's that Jon Whiten kindly
sent me - they are SIGNIFICANTLY brighter but of course, mixing them to get
a decent single colour will be a problem.

I was mainly thinking about using them as an uplighter though. Maybe a
non-starter though as you'd have to still use an array of them to get
anywhere near the output of traditional incandescent bulbs???

Would be great if you could take some pics of yours both at night and
twilight - difficult to gauge the effect via a picture though - especially
with auto exposure etc!
