Like Paul i havent noticed any humming sound......

Also guys..Gerry is developing a 3 Led version of his RGBLED board ...might
be an idea to put in a few requests over in the RGBLED Forum if  additional
drivers required ...Hopefully he hasnt completed his design at this
stage...The mini version of his board i believe doesnt use the pwm chips so
should be easier to assemble........it also will use the same protocol as
the 13 led version so you would be able to mix n match....
