Sky+ has two tuners to record two programmes at the same time. This means
that the channel that is being watched must be one of the channels being
recorded or a previously recorded programme. The warning comes up to force
you to change channel if you want to record both channels. The quickest way
to do this is when the warning comes up go straight to the EPG and make
sure
you are watching one of the channels being recorded. That way both channels
will be recorded. I think it assumes if you are watching another channel
that is more important than the one being recorded which is why it only
allows a cancel. If you just leave the warning on screen then it will
automatically switch to one of the recorded channels. This is so that if
you
have left your Sky+ on another channel while you are out/away it will
record
both channels.
