Ah, right, well in THAT case you need to do the other thing that I've also
done, - which is to absolutely forbid SWMBO from watching any soaps /
reality crap...

A little bit of resistance at first, but after a short while I managed to
beat her into conforming... ;-)

Now that she's "lost the plot" (such as it is), she doesn't even
miss them any more. - No more problems!

Incidentally, one of my Sky+ boxes has had the new software downloaded, but
the other one not...

Hi Paul,

I was given that option when I got SKY+ but declined the second SKY+ box
but
I did take out multiroom.

The reason I didnt want two SKY+ boxes is that I wanted my SKY box and SKY+
box in the same cabinet which is fine as they use different IR codes and I
need to be able to test against as many different types of kit as possible.

Taking that route also left me with one spare LNB cable which will be fed
through to my "workshop" for my Free-to-Air satellite receiver
that I got
from Lidl the other week.
