You could also add Idratek (www.idratek.com) to your list. The datasheets
are hidden in www.idratek.com/public. I'm biased, since I'm using it, but
one of their goals was to make home automation available at a lower than
millionaires price. It doesn't do the AV stuff, but probably most

Also - by comparison to burglar alarm industry - you may want to build in
annual inspection/servicing into your business case. I'm sure that the

annual charge I (and everyone else) pay for a 15 minute inspection is why
the boss of the company drives a Porsche. It reminds me of a water softner
installer I met once -- he did the installs at very aggressive costings and
saw the salt block market as his pension.
