The linksys WRT54GS is good, and can be picked up off amazon around
50 ukp usually. I'm not sure if the default firmware does what you
require, but there'll certainly be a replacement that does. (The
router is linux based, which means it's easy to do custom firmware
for it. Don't go for a WRT54G though, which might not be linux based
these days.)
